توضّح سياسة الحجز والإلغاء الخاصة بموقع Twsela VIP القواعد والإجراءات المعتمدة لتنظيم عمليات حجز الخدمات، وتعديلها، وإلغائها، بما يضمن وضوح التعامل وحماية حقوق جميع الأطراف.
يتم تأكيد الحجز بعد التواصل المباشر مع فريق Twsela VIP والاتفاق على تفاصيل الخدمة، بما في ذلك نوع الخدمة، موعد التنفيذ، موقع الانطلاق والوصول، وأي متطلبات خاصة. لا يُعد أي طلب حجز نهائيًا إلا بعد تأكيده من قبل الشركة.
يلتزم العميل بتقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة عند طلب الحجز، ويتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو خلل ناتج عن معلومات غير دقيقة قد تؤثر على تنفيذ الخدمة أو جدولتها.
يحق للعميل تعديل تفاصيل الحجز قبل موعد التنفيذ وفقًا للتوافر الفعلي وإمكانيات التشغيل. قد يترتب على بعض التعديلات رسوم إضافية يتم إبلاغ العميل بها مسبقًا قبل اعتماد التعديل.
في حال رغبة العميل في إلغاء الحجز، يجب إخطار Twsela VIP في أقرب وقت ممكن. تختلف شروط الإلغاء والاسترداد حسب توقيت الإلغاء ونوع الخدمة والالتزامات التشغيلية المرتبطة بها.
لا يحق للعميل المطالبة بإلغاء الحجز أو استرداد أي مبالغ في حال عدم الحضور في الموعد المحدد أو في حال الإلغاء المتأخر الذي يؤثر على تخصيص المركبات أو السائقين، إلا إذا تقرر غير ذلك من قبل إدارة الشركة.
تحتفظ Twsela VIP بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل الحجز في حالات استثنائية أو طارئة خارجة عن نطاق السيطرة، مع السعي إلى إخطار العميل واتخاذ ما يلزم لضمان حل مناسب.
يقرّ العميل بأن جميع عمليات الحجز تخضع لهذه السياسة، وبأن استخدامه لخدمات Twsela VIP يُعد موافقة صريحة على جميع بنودها.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
This Booking and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures governing service reservations, modifications, and cancellations for Twsela VIP, ensuring clarity and transparency for all clients.
A booking is considered confirmed only after direct communication with Twsela VIP and agreement on service details, including service type, schedule, locations, and any special requirements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information. Twsela VIP is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.
Booking modifications may be requested prior to service execution and are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Additional charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Cancellation terms and refund eligibility vary depending on timing, service type, and operational commitments.
No refunds or cancellations will be granted for no-shows or late cancellations that impact vehicle allocation or chauffeur scheduling, unless otherwise approved by Twsela VIP management.
Twsela VIP reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable efforts made to notify clients and provide suitable alternatives.
By booking services with Twsela VIP, clients acknowledge and agree to this Booking and Cancellation Policy in full.
